This time i will talk about weight loss. Yeah i know have heard about this many times yet people continue to look for that elusive solution. Most people try to find the miracle pill or mystery medicament that when ingested all their worries about weight finish once and for all.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well sadly there is no such thing as a miracle cure for excesive weight however there are things you can do about it but they require constant action in order to succeed. We all know that diet and exercises are the key for losing weight. Of course is not that simple the type of exercises you do and what food you eat are all part of this puzzle. One thing i recommend is to reduce the amount of fried foods because they increase the amount of saturated fat in the body. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is important to realize not all the fat is harmful for you there certain fats that are needed for the body to work properly. Non saturated fat is the one that is needed for body to perform its function at all costs you must avoid the saturated and transfat because those are the really harmful ones. Lots of cereals combined with a small amount of meat preferable chicken meat and fruits with vegetables is the way to go when you eat. Consuming multivitamins is also recommended because much of the food we eat usually has low content of vitamins. For the exercise 1 hour is recommended. The first half hour is for the exercises to increase muscle :push ups, sit ups and weight lifting are very effective ones for this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next 30 minutes is cardio exercise like running, walking, bycycle and aerobics. Is very important to always begin with the exercises to increase muscle and later the cardio ones otherwise you wont have enough strenght to perform weight lifting and such. In my opinion with 5 days a week you perform exercises you will be fine.
